Whenever possible, we encourage people to resolve these kinds of issues on their own. Vimeo is the host for your videos, not an independent adjudicator. If you can work things out on your own, that usually makes for the best resolution.
Generally, when multiple people are claiming ownership of an account and can’t settle the dispute among themselves, Vimeo will restore account access to the person who originally created the account. For paid accounts, we may restore access to the person who paid for the account.
