Creating a venue requires an Enterprise account with the Events add-on.
This article describes how to create and edit agendas in your venues.
How do I create and edit Agenda and Sessions?
A settings icon on the top right side of your screen will open the Venue settings. You can manage the Agenda and Sessions from here for the global venue.
The Agenda settings have 3 different functions.
- Single day setting creates a hard Doors open and Doors close date and time for the venue. In this case the attendees will not be able to access the content of the venue beside the set date and time. They will be able to see when the event starts and also add it to their calendars.
- Multi day setting helps you with keeping the venue active for more than a single day.
- Always open setting helps you give permission to the attendees to directly be able to access the venues. An attendee who has access to the link to the venue can go inside anytime but will only have view-only access.
The attendees are bumped out of the venue once the event ends.
If you wish to add someone else as an Admin, you will have to add them as a team member and give them complete Admin permissions.
You can create Session agendas by adding a Title, time, and Description and designating your Speakers for each session. Make sure the speakers are registered for the event before the session begins.
This is a way to display your day’s content especially if you are hosting different sessions each hour.
