How to share videos with your team

This feature requires a Pro, Premium, Starter, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise membership.

As an Owner, Admin, or Folder Admin on a team account, you can share videos with your team regardless of their folder permissions. You can also share videos with new team members, which will trigger an email to invite them to your team.

How to share a video with a team member

1. Select the video you would like to share from your Library and then select the Share button at the top right.
   

2. A modal will open with the option to share the individual video. As an Admin or Owner, you can share with any existing team member by entering their name, group, or email address.
   
   
3. If you're sharing with a new team member, you'll be able to grant them Can view access to the resource. 
4. Shared videos will appear in the team member’s My videos folder.
   
   

⚠️Note: When you invite a new team member using the Share video tool they will receive an email with a direct link to the video.

💡Tip: To share multiple videos at once add your team member as an Admin or Contributor.
