If your audience mentions that they are seeing an error, “Engagement tools are not available here because of privacy”, while accessing the chat icon on your event, you have to change the video’s privacy settings. If your audience mentions that they are facing an error that states “Interactivity will appear when added to the event”, you have to enable chat on the event settings page. As the event owner, you can use the chat as an interaction tool. To know more, refer to how to enable, disable and moderate chat.
You can enable chat by toggling the chat option on to make it available for your audience at any time during the event.
