Will my subscription renew automatically?
By default, your membership renews automatically on the renewal date listed on your Membership Plan page unless you cancel the automatic renewals.
Can I purchase an additional term of my subscription before the renewal date?
Yes, you can purchase the next term of your subscription ahead of the scheduled renewal date by visiting the Membership Plan page and clicking the Renew now link.
This will add the additional year or month to the end of your current subscription.
At this time users can buy one additional term of their subscription. You can purchase one additional year or month ahead depending on your subscription’s interval. We are not able to facilitate the purchase of 2 or more additional months/years of a subscription.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier? Will I be credited for an active previous purchase?
Yes, you can visit our upgrade page to select a higher tier plan to upgrade your subscription.
We automatically prorate your purchase when you upgrade to a higher subscription tier. For example, if you're halfway through your annual Pro subscription and want to upgrade to Vimeo Business, we would apply what you’ve already paid for the remaining half of your Pro subscription towards the cost of your Business subscription. In this case, you would have a year of Business membership starting from the date your account was upgraded.
