What does Vimeo consider commercial content of an erotic nature?

Although PRO and Business users usually have the green light to upload videos promoting their ventures, there are certain categories of business that are not permitted even if the videos themselves do not violate any other guidelines.

Vimeo does not allow videos promoting or advertising any of the following commercial activities:

• Escort services
• Erotic massages
• Fetish fulfillment
• Financial domination
• Pornographic magazines or websites
• Penis enlargement or enhancement products
• Strip clubs or other erotic entertainment venues
• Seduction coaching or pick-up artist (PUA) systems

Videos promoting adult pleasure devices are sometimes allowed for PRO and Business users, provided that these videos aren't sexually explicit. Our moderators will generally remove videos with “live demos” or videos that seem aimed more at titillation than review and advertisement.
