This feature requires an Advanced, Premium, or Enterprise account with the Events feature enabled.
If you previously used a Livestream account to access Livestream Studio and have since migrated your account to Vimeo, you will need to log out of Studio and log back in using your Vimeo account credentials to continue accessing Studio.

How to log out of Livestream and connect Studio to Vimeo
- In the Studio application, select the gearwheel icon in the upper right corner to open the Settings menu.
- Select My account towards the bottom of the left sidebar.
- You should see that you are logged into your Livestream account. Select Log out.
- You will then see a login window. Select Log in with Vimeo.
- A browser window will open. Log into Vimeo if necessary.
- You will see a prompt to connect Studio to your Vimeo account. Select Allow. Once connected, you will be redirected back to the Studio application.
- If you are a team member on multiple Vimeo accounts, you may be prompted to select which account to log in to; choose the desired account, then select Next.
- You will see a prompt indicating your license has been unlocked. Select Use Studio to proceed with using Studio.

If you launch Livestream Studio and see a prompt to "Activate a Livestream Account" after migrating to Vimeo, select the person icon next to the Livestream logo to log out of Livestream. You will then see the option to log in to Vimeo.
Additional troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with logging in or accessing your Studio license, you may need to update your Studio version. Close and relaunch Studio, ensuring you have an internet connection, and run any updates if you are prompted.
