For Vimeo Plus purchases via the Vimeo mobile app
If you’ve upgraded to a Vimeo Plus membership via the Vimeo mobile app, you can manage that recurring subscription in the iTunes or App Store (for iOS), or in the Google Play Store (for Android). You will not be able to manage your app subscription on Vimeo.
While you’re an app subscriber, you won’t be able to upgrade to any higher membership tier on Vimeo. If you would like to move to a higher membership tier, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate app store, and then return to the Vimeo site to upgrade your account.
Please note: deleting your Vimeo account will not cancel your Vimeo subscription with Apple or Google. This must be done in the appropriate store.

For Vimeo Producer and Premium purchases via the Mevo mobile app
If you’ve upgraded to a Vimeo Producer or Vimeo Premium membership via the Mevo mobile app, you can manage that recurring subscription in the iTunes or App Store (for iOS), or in the Google Play Store (for Android). You will not be able to manage your app subscription on Vimeo.
While you’re an app subscriber, you won’t be able to change your membership tier on the Vimeo upgrade page or cancel your membership in your Vimeo billing settings. If you would like to move to a different membership tier, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate app store, and then return to the Vimeo site to upgrade your account.
