Vimeo has launched a support program called Vimeo Community Experts that allows experienced Vimeo community members to earn money by answering product questions from Basic members*. (*이 프로그램은 현재 영어로만 제공됩니다.)

Vimeo Community Expert가 되는 방법
Our Community Expert program is managed by a company called Directly. Any Vimeo member who is interested in becoming an expert can apply. Applicants will be given a multiple choice test about Vimeo's product and a short writing test. Those who pass the test will be able to claim tickets and earn rewards.

What if I can't answer the question?
Experts should only take on questions are confident answering. For example, if you're an Android user, you should leave iPhone questions to Experts who use the Vimeo iPhone app.
Additionally, certain questions are escalated to the Vimeo Support team (questions about privacy or billing, for example).
What kind of rewards are being offered?
Experts are paid small cash rewards in U.S. dollars for each ticket they successfully resolve. Rewards vary by ticket but are typically a few dollars.
What is required to apply, and what if I don't want to continue after being accepted?
To apply, you must be a Vimeo member. You'll also be required to take a short skills quiz, which will help us determine if you're ready to participate in the program and which questions to send your way.
To create an account on the Directly platform, which will allow us to route questions over to you, you'll need to provide your first name, last name, and email address.
Continued participation in this program is completely up to you. You can choose to withdraw at any time.
Who is Directly?
Directly provides the customer service application that allows Vimeo to route member questions to our community Experts.
You will see the name Directly on some of the web pages and interfaces as you review and answer member questions.
