This article explains the web-based production studio for live events. You can stream directly from your browser without additional tools or software.
Access the web-based production studio
Open a live event from your Library and select Manage production > Stream with Vimeo.
Use the stage and layout controls
The stage shows the scene currently sent to viewers. Select the layout bar above the stage to choose a layout or select Auto.
When a speaker shares their screen, the producer can select one of four corner presets to reposition the camera feed. The producer can also select the camera feed in the stage preview to resize it with the handles or drag it to another position. These changes apply to the live output and recording. Guest speakers cannot move the camera feed and should ask the producer.
Speakers can select camera options to blur their background or choose an available custom, Brand Kit, or Vimeo background. These background options are available in Browser Studio.
Production elements
Use the left toolbar to manage speakers, templates, media, graphics, branding, Q&A, and polls. Use the control bar below the scenes to manage your audio, camera, screen sharing, and teleprompter.
