This feature requires an Advanced or Premium plan, or an Enterprise plan with the Events feature added.
Streaming is a great way to get more eyes and ears on your event or even replace your physical event entirely.
First, make sure you have the proper equipment. A simple event can be done with a single webcam but there are multiple ways to stream beautiful virtual videos in up to 1080p HD through Vimeo via an Enterprise membership. Be sure to check our Live FAQs for information on what Vimeo offers and our network recommendations.
We strongly recommend testing early, often, and rehearsing before your event occurs. We have a stream health monitoring feature for all streams that can help you determine your stream's connection strength and make any adjustments necessary.
Stream via Livestream Studio
The Connect tab also contains a link to download Livestream Studio, so you can learn more about using this broadcast software, which is included with a Vimeo Premium or Advanced and Enterprise membership. The account owner or any team admin on the account can log in and go live from Studio.
