This article discusses the supported customer payment methods.
We accept credit and debit card payments on Vimeo OTT including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We also accept payment via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Additionally, we support Link, a digital wallet that facilitates quicker checkouts with credit/debit cards. If a viewer already has a Link account, they can checkout with 1-Click.
⚠️Note: While we do support Discover cards, whether or not they will work is based on your business location. For example, Discover cards are not accepted if your business is based in Canada.
⚠️Note: Only U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand-based accounts can accept JCB payments; Japan-based accounts cannot accept JCB payments at the current time.
If you have an Enterprise account with branded apps, customers can pay via the respective app stores. Some of these accept PayPal as a payment method, which may be a suitable workaround. Read about connecting either iTunes or Google Play to PayPal.
