If you are considering changing the price of your subscription product on the web, note that this will only impact customers who subscribe via the web platform.
Price increases, in any plan (monthly or yearly) or currency, cannot be applied to existing customers. The price increase will only modify the price for new subscribers.
Price decreases, however, can be applied to existing subscribers if you wish.
Once you decrease prices in any plan or currency, you will see a modal prompting as to whether or not you'd like to apply these changes to existing subscribers:
If you select Cancel, existing subscribers will continue paying the same amount while new customers will be charged the decreased amount.
If you select Apply, the impacted customers will start paying the lower price on their next renewal.
⚠️ Note:

Price reductions will not immediately take effect for existing customers who are on active promos.
- Their rate will remain the same until the promotional period expires. After the promotional period expires, their subscription will renew at the reduced rate if applied to existing customers.
- Paused Subscribers are not affected by price changes. Please contact Vimeo OTT Support if a specific customer's pricing needs to be adjusted.
- Price changes affect USD initially.

To change prices in other currencies:

- From Admin click Products > All Products.
- Click on the Subscription that you would like to change the pricing for.
- Click on Pricing in the left-side panel.
- Click Manage prices and ensure the Accept international currencies checkbox is checked.

To change prices in other currencies:
Select Update Current Exchange Rate to update prices based on the current exchange rate or manually change each currency to a different price.
