If you have an Enterprise account on Vimeo OTT, you can schedule recurring CSV reports on viewership, signups, renewals, and cancellations. Delivered to email or S3 on your cadence, with every schedule and past run in one view.
This article covers setting up a schedule, managing it afterwards, and what's in each of the 11 report types.
Set up a report
- Go to Manage → Exports and click New Schedule.
- Choose a Report type (see below), a Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly), and a Generation hour (00:00–23:00 UTC). Monthly and quarterly schedules also take a Day of month — shorter months use their last calendar day.
- Add a Destination — recipient emails, or an S3 bucket. Destinations are saved under the name you give them and can be reused on other schedules.
- Click Create Schedule.
Manage a report
By clicking on a report you will access its detail page — the same page you land on right after creating a schedule. From there you can:
- Edit the frequency, generation hour, and day of month, then Save. Report type is locked after creation.
- Run now to trigger an immediate export.
- Pause schedule to stop automatic runs without losing the setup, or Delete schedule to remove it.
- Add, edit, or remove Destinations.
- Open Job history to see past runs and download their files.
Note: Your first report is sent the following day and covers the last complete period. It then follows the normal cadence. A week is Monday to Sunday.
