The Content filter at the top of your analytics dashboard allows you to run reports for specific videos, folders, or a combination of both. This filter provides a granular view of your content’s performance based on your particular reporting needs.

How to filter by content
Select the Content dropdown menu on the Advanced analytics dashboard to do the following:
- Search for videos or folders by name
- See how many videos are within each folder (click the arrow to see details)
- Select and deselect videos and/or folders for reporting
After making selections within the Content menu, select Apply to populate the Analytics dashboard.
Other filters
If you want to dig deeper, the dropdown menus above the graph for each type of report will allow you to customize your view to obtain a more detailed summary of how your videos are performing, including Views, Impressions, Finishes, Downloads, Likes, Comments, Unique Viewers, Unique Impressions, Average Percent Watched, Average Seconds Watched, and Total Time Watched.
Additional information on using content filters
- For Contributor and Contributor Plus Team members, there is a video limit on the Analytics Dashboard and Reports. You will be able to select and view analytics for up to 2,000 videos at a time.
- If nothing is selected in the Content Filter, the content will automatically select the top 2,000 last uploaded videos on the account that the user has access to.
