How to retrieve Studio logs on Windows
- Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command window.
- In the text field of the Run command window, type %localappdata% and press Enter.
- In the File Explorer window, open the Livestream Studio folder. The necessary log files will be inside this folder.
- Compress your files into a compressed .zip file. Microsoft Support provides guidance on how to create a .zip file at Zip and unzip files.
How to retrieve Studio logs on Mac
- Open your Applications folder.
- Right-click on the Livestream Studio app icon and select Show Package Contents.
- Navigate into the Contents folder and into the Resources folder.
- The log files are stored in this directory.
