If you are facing issues while applying legal hold on your videos, here are some common error messages you can come across and steps you can take for troubleshooting them:
- "Something went wrong. Our system timed out. Please re-upload your file."
- "System detects legal hold page is open in two browser tabs. Please close other tab."
- "Something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try your upload again."
- "Something went wrong. Invalid file type."
- "Something went wrong. Invalid user and video URLs found."
"Something went wrong. Our system timed out. Please re-upload your file."
If you’re seeing this error message, we suggest you try uploading again with multiple sets of smaller CSV files.
"System detects legal hold page is open in two browser tabs. Please close other tab."
If you’re seeing this error message, try closing additional browser tabs, we suggest using only one browser tab while applying the legal hold.
"Something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try your upload again."
If you’re seeing this error message, your browser or computer has lost connection. Check and refresh your network connection to make sure it’s up and running. Once reconnected try uploading the CSV.
"Something went wrong. Invalid file type."
If you’re seeing this error message, you might have tried uploading a non-CSV file. Only CSV files are supported for legal hold.
"Something went wrong. Invalid user and video URLs found."
If you’re seeing this error message, check for your user id. Try accessing the videos from your registered users ids.
