Vimeo's editing workflow use an Artificial Intelligence engine to highlight images in your video. Typically the engine will detect a face or subject and zoom in on it. Sometimes the AI engine will zoom in on an image with text or an edited graphic that may result in images getting cut off.
To avoid this:
- Turn off the zoom feature in the media inspector toolbar in the editor. Learn more at 'How do I use the inspector toolbar in the editor?'. Select Motion Effect and select None.
- Avoid mixing portrait and landscape media in the same video
