If you used the Create mobile app to purchase a membership (via Apple or Google Play), but it doesn't appear in your Account Settings and you keep seeing prompts to upgrade, it's possible that your purchase hasn't been updated on our backend yet.
To resolve this:
- Go to your Account Settings in the Create app (tap My videos, then tap your profile photo)
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and tap Restore (Android) / Restore purchase (iOS).
- This will actively fetch your purchase information and update it on your account.
