Classic interactive is available only where the standard Vimeo player can live or be embedded.
When sharing to social directly (i.e., using Publish to Social, or uploading the raw vid file), that strips the Vimeo player out of the equation, so the interactivity will not be there.
As an alternative, you can share a direct link to the Vimeo video page or another page (e.g. your website) where the Vimeo player is embedded in a social post. This would direct your followers to the player on that page, where the interactive features would be present.
