This feature requires an Advanced or Premium plan, or an Enterprise plan with the Events feature added.
User-level analytics are available via a CSV download in your showcases. Analytics results will only appear for logged-in team members (not for signed-out viewers). This is a useful feature for when you're broadcasting internal meetings and want to gain an understanding of team-wide participation.
Follow these steps to access your showcase analytics:
- First, navigate to your showcase from your library.

Select Analytics from the top-right corner of the page.
- Choose a date range from the dropdown menu. The default rate is the past 30 days.
- Select Download CSV to download the CSV with analytics data for your chosen date range.
Here are the columns with data that surface in this report and their definitions:
Play ending point: Play ending point is recorded in seconds, noting when the user stopped watching.
Video duration: Total video duration in seconds.
Number of plays: A play is recorded whenever someone clicks the play button on the video player. Multiple views will be counted if the browser page is refreshed in between views.
Play starting point: Play starting point is also seconds, so most of these users start at 0 seconds but you can also see if a user started at the 30-second mark on the video.
User: The team member's email address.
Time last viewed: Date and time the team member last viewed the video.
Loads: Recorded when the viewer navigates to the video page so the player has loaded and the viewer hasn’t pressed play yet.
Finishes: The number of times the user played the video to the end. The video must play the very last frame and stop (or repeat) in order for a finish to be counted.
Video: The video title is associated with the report.
Database Key: An internal identity that represents User ID|Video ID.
For Enterprise accounts with Workspaces: Analytics are also available for both the Organization and its Workspaces. Organization Admins can view combined analytics for all Workspaces.
