You can track key metrics and identify trends for all the videos within your Workspace using the Analytics dashboard. The analytics you see are specific to the Workspace you are currently in. - From the Vimeo homepage, select the Analytics button from the main navigation toolbar on the left side of the page.
Navigating the Wprkspace analytics dashboard
The Analytics dashboard provides an interactive report of your Workspace's video performance. The main dashboard gives you a high-level overview of key metrics.
- Highlight Metrics: At a glance, you can see totals for Views, Unique viewers, and Total time watched.
- Performance Graph: A graph tracks video performance over time, allowing you to visualize trends for views, impressions, and unique viewers.
- Detailed Reports: Below the graph, you can find modules that highlight Top regions and Top devices, helping you understand where and how your audience is watching.
Available reports
From the main dashboard, you can navigate to several specific reports listed on the left-hand sidebar. Each report provides a more in-depth examination of a specific aspect of your Workspace's video performance.
- Video: Analyze performance by tracking key metrics like views, impressions, and watch time.
- Region: See metrics related to where your videos are being viewed.
- Source: See where your viewers watched your video based on the URL where it was posted.
- Device: View metrics about your videos by the viewer's device type.
- Date: View metrics about your videos for specific dates within a selected time frame.
- Team: See which members of your Organization have watched your videos, including information about video consumption and engagement.
- Social video: View metrics about your videos filtered by the social platforms where you have shared them.
- Social platform: Compare the analytics of all videos by social platform.
