How to transfer videos between Workspaces

This feature requires an Enterprise plan with the Workspaces feature added.

If you are a member of multiple Workspaces, you can move videos from one Workspace to another. This article explains the process and important consequences of moving videos between Workspaces. What to know before you transfer videos between Workspaces

Moving content between Workspaces is a permanent action with significant impacts on the video's data and settings. Before proceeding, please review the following requirements and consequences.

• Permanent Changes:
  • ⚠️Note: Moving content is an irreversible action that will result in the permanent loss of the following data and associations for the moved content. Our Support Team will not be able to recover these changes.
    • Analytics will permanently reset to zero.
    • Members of the original Workspace will lose access unless they are also in the destination Workspace.
    • Defaults or restrictions set in the destination Workspace may override existing settings.
    • Review links will break.
• Administrator Permissions: You must be a Workspace Administrator in both the original Workspace (where the content currently is) and the destination Workspace, or an Organization Owner/Administrator for the Organization that both Workspaces belong to.
• Quantity Limits: You can move a maximum of 50 videos at one time, or 1 folder at a time.

How to move videos or folders between Workspaces

1. Navigate to the Workspace containing the content you wish to move.
2. From your library, hover over the thumbnails of the video(s) or folder that you want to move and select the checkbox that appears in the top-left corner for each.
3. Once your content is selected, a menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Select Move.
   
   
    
4. In the "Move" window that appears, select the destination Workspace from the list. You can also move the video(s) to a specific folder in the Workspace.
   
   
5. Select Move.
6. A confirmation window will appear, summarizing the irreversible changes that will be made. Carefully review them. 

7. Select Move anyway to permanently transfer the content to the new Workspace.
