This article addresses an issue where, when logging into a Workspace, users may encounter a significant error message and be unable to access data across the Organization's Workspaces.
What is causing this error to occur when logging into a Workspace?
The Organization member is not assigned to a Workspace.
How to fix this error message
An Organization Owner, an Organization Admin, or a Workspace Admin must assign the Organization member to at least one Workspace. Learn how to add someone to a Workspace at the following articles:

We also recommend that the Organization member clear their browser cache and cookies before trying to log in again.
