The Organization Analytics dashboard provides a centralized, aggregate view of video performance across all Workspaces in your company. This allows Organization Administrators to track key metrics, identify trends, and understand the overall impact of their video content from a single location. This article provides an overview of the dashboard and the reports available for access.

How to access my Organization’s analytics
Your Organization's analytics can be found in your Organization's settings page.
- From the top navigation menu, select your profile icon.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Manage Organization."
- On the left-hand navigation panel, select Analytics. This will open the analytics dashboard in a new browser tab.
Navigating the analytics dashboard
The Organization Analytics dashboard is an interactive report that aggregates data from all Workspaces within your Organization. You can view the dashboard and reports as a holistic view of your overall Organization or filter by Workspaces. You can also download your analytics dashboard as a .csv file.
Filtering data:
At the top of the dashboard, you will find several powerful filtering options to refine your data:
- Workspace Filter: The first dropdown on the left allows you to view data for all Workspaces at once or drill down to see the analytics for a single, specific Workspace.
- Date Range: Select a preset or custom date range to analyze performance over a specific time period.
- Content Filters: You can further refine your results by filtering for specific Content, Source, Device, Regions, and Types.
Available reports
From the main dashboard, you can navigate to several specific reports listed on the left-hand sidebar. Each report offers a more in-depth examination of a specific aspect of your Organization's video performance and can be viewed comprehensively or by Workspace.
- Video: Analyze video performance by tracking key metrics like views, impressions, watch time, and finishes. You can visualize engagement trends in a graph and view a detailed breakdown in a table to compare individual videos
- Region: View metrics pertaining to the views of your videos by region within the time frame that you have selected.
- Source: See where your viewers watched your video based on the URL of where it was posted..
- Device: View metrics about your videos by the device type of the viewer.
- Date: View metrics about your videos for dates within a selected time frame.
- Team: See which members of your Organization have watched your videos, including information about video consumption and engagement.
- Social video: View metrics about your videos filtered by the social platforms where you have shared them.
- Social platform: Compare the analytics of all videos by social platform.
You can set the primary metric view and breakdown view for reports.
You can change the primary metric displayed in the report's graph by selecting the dropdown menu at the top left of the chart. This allows you to switch between different data views, such as Views, Impressions, and Total time watched.
To change how the data is grouped in the table below the graph, select the View breakdown by button to choose from a variety of dimensions, including Date, Device, and Source URL.
