How to monitor content storage and AI usage for my Organization

As an Organization Owner or Organization Administrator, you can monitor your company’s total consumption of storage and AI credits from a centralized dashboard. This article explains how to access and interpret the Usage dashboard for your Organization.

How to access the Usage dashboard

You can find the usage data for your entire Organization within your Organization Settings.

  1. From the top navigation menu, select your profile icon.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Manage Organization."
  3. On the left-hand navigation panel, select Usage.

Understanding the Usage dashboard 

The Usage dashboard provides a comprehensive view of resource consumption across your Organization. At the top of the page, you will see the total AI credits and storage used against your Organization’s limit.

Below the main overview, you will find a table that breaks down usage by each individual Workspace. You can toggle the view in this table between AI credits and Storage using the Usage type dropdown menu on the right.

AI Credit Monitoring

There are two potential ways AI credits are monitored. This depends on how your account is set up with your Account Manager 

  • Shared Pool: In this version, all Workspaces draw from your Organization's total pool of AI credits. The dashboard table shows the total credits used by each Workspace.
  • Workspace Limits: In this version, specific credit limits have been set for each Workspace. The dashboard table displays additional columns for AI credits allocated and Percentage used. A colored progress bar next to the percentage indicates how close each Workspace is to its specific limit.
    • Blue bar: Greater than 0% used.
    • Orange bar: Greater than 75% used.
    • Red bar: Greater than 90% used. 

How to manage usage limits

All storage and AI credit limits are managed in partnership with your Account Manager at Vimeo. To purchase additional resources, adjust your total limits, or set specific AI credit limits for individual Workspaces, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.

What happens when I approach a limit?

When your Organization reaches 90% of its AI credits limit, a banner will appear at the top of the dashboard. This banner will prompt you to contact your Account Manager to request an increase in your limits.
