Organization Owners and Organization Admins can use the Usage dashboard to monitor their Organization’s storage and AI credit consumption across Workspaces.
How to access the Usage dashboard
- From the top navigation menu, select your profile icon.
- Select Manage Organization.
- In the left navigation panel, select Usage.
Understanding the Usage dashboard
The dashboard shows your Organization’s total AI credits and storage used against the available limits. A table breaks down usage by Workspace. Use the Usage type menu to switch between AI credits and Storage.
AI credit monitoring
Depending on your account setup, the dashboard may show total credits used by each Workspace or additional allocation and percentage-used information. Progress indicators show how close a Workspace is to its configured allocation.
Managing Workspace allocations
Organization Owners and Organization Admins can manage Workspace credit allocations when this option is available for their account. Contact your Account Manager to purchase additional resources, adjust Organization limits, or discuss Workspace allocations.
What happens when you approach a limit?
When your Organization reaches 90% of its AI credit limit, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard and prompts you to contact your Account Manager.
