What to know before you set up your Organization’s brand kit
- Admin Permissions: Only users with the Organization Owner or Organization Admin role can create and manage Brand Kits for the Organization.
- Automatic Application: The Organization Brand Kit is automatically inherited by all Workspaces. While Workspaces can have their own Brand Kits, the Organization's branding takes precedence.
-
Asset Requirements: Before you begin, make sure your brand assets are ready. The recommended file types are as follows:
- Supported file formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP.
- File sizes are limited to 10 MB.
-
Branding Updates:
- If you edit or remove assets from a Brand Kit, videos that used those original assets will still display what was added at the time the video was created.
