If you have an Enterprise account on Vimeo OTT, there are numerous reports that your account manager can request on your behalf (note that it can take 1-2 weeks for these to be set up).
Below are details regarding the types of reports that can be scheduled to be sent to you (on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis) and the information they contain.

User-Level Viewership Metrics- helpful for understanding the success of different pieces of content and how users use the platform.

- Is_Live - Displays whether the video view was for a live video. Presented as a true/false value.
- Finishes - The number of distinct sessions in which a video is played to at least 90% of the video’s duration. Not counted for live videos.

Distinct_Sessions - The number of unique sessions for the given video view
⚠️ Note: The User-Level Viewership Metrics report excludes views from anonymous users. An anonymous user is one that does not have an account on the site.
💡Tip: The viewership data in the User-Level Viewership Metrics report is based on Eastern Standard Time (UTC−05:00).

Views by Platform - gives a more high-level view of hours viewed by platform (web, iOS, Android, etc.).

Watchlist Items - shows what items a user has on their watchlist at a given time.

- Collection Name (if it’s a collection/playlist/series)
- Updated Date (date added to the watchlist)

Video Information Export - Provides a list export of video assets with their associated metadata and availability on your site.

New Customers - helpful information about users joining the platform - shows the date they started (either as a free trial, a free access user, or directly started paying) and the date they converted from free trial to Paid, if applicable.

- Event Type (New Free Trial, Free Access, Direct to Paid, Free Trial to Paid)
- Event Occurred At (the date the customer was given access or converted from Free Trial to paid)

Re-subscribers - shows users who had previously been on the platform, left, and have come back, which can be helpful for marketing purposes.

Cancellations - shows customers who have canceled and their noted reason why. Useful for win-back campaigns and understanding churn trends.

- non-renewable yearly ticket - "The user is in region that doesn't allow automatic renewal"
- Cancellation Reason Other (where users can manually type in the option)
Note: The Cancellation report does not include app cancellations. All other subscriber reports do include app subscribers.

Renewals - shows each time a user’s subscription is renewed. This report is similar to the transactions file but also includes app renewals.

Total Active Subscribers - outputs the total active subscribers count split out by the subscription frequency of the customer. These subscriber counts by frequency sum to the total active subscriber count for a site at the time of report generation.
