Vimeo's API is built on standard HTTP requests, which most modern programming languages support. We provide official libraries for PHP, Python, NodeJS, and a Laravel bridge to help developers build integrations in their language of choice. Our currently supported official libraries can be found at Vimeo Developer: Libraries and SDKs.
If your language of choice is not supported, you can use our OpenAPI spec with Swagger Codegen to create a library in your preferred language. This workflow has not been thoroughly tested (there are a lot of programming languages in the world!) so if you have any feedback, please contact Vimeo Support.
