Managing folders with the API

Using the API, developers can manage folders on their Vimeo account. 

This includes actions such as creating a folder, uploading a live event to a folder, adding a video to a folder, adding a team member to a folder, and more. 

Features available for folders depends on the folder owner's Vimeo account type.
