When dealing with unredeemed gifts on your platform, it's essential to know where to look for information and how to manage them effectively. You might be wondering why the giftee doesn't show up on your list of subscribers on the Customers page. The reason is simple: until the gift is redeemed, it won't be associated with any particular subscriber. As soon as the recipient decides to claim their gift, they will automatically appear on your subscriber list.
If the gifter isn't already one of your subscribers, their email address won't be found on the Customers page. To track all gift transactions, including those that are yet to be redeemed, you can find them in your Transactions. CSV file. These transactions are recorded even before they have been redeemed.
To access this file:
- Go to your Customer's Page
- Click on Export
- Select the "Transactions" option.
- In the downloaded. CSV file, you'll find a column for Gift recipients. This allows you to easily sort and identify all gift transactions, helping to manage and keep track of your gift-related activities.
