HubSpot Mediabridge Integration empowers you to execute all activities via a single platform solution. It allows you to access your Vimeo video library directly in HubSpot, and embed videos/GIFs/images in email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
You’re able to get viewer-level analytics on your leads which can be used to directly score and segment them.
To use this integration, you have to connect to Hubspot Mediabridge through the Vimeo marketing page.
To connect to HubSpot:
- If you are using Hubspot Mediabridge integration for the first time, a new window will pop up and you will be prompted to log in and complete oauth on Hubspot. You will be prompted to accept the following terms:
- After accepting the terms, you’ll see a pop-up window where you can log in to HubSpot.
- Once you’ve successfully logged in, select Vimeo and then select Choose account.
- HubSpot will request access to your account. Once you agree to provide access and select Connect app, Hubspot will be connected to your Vimeo account.
- Select the team to access the video library available in the Vimeo app on Hubspot.
Note: Multiple teams will show up if you are either an Admin, Owner or Contributor for their team. If you are not a part of any team, the team selection screen will not appear. - Select the Folder that you want to connect with the Hubspot.
Note: All users in the Hubspot account will see the same content despite what access they may have in Vimeo.
Only assets that you are a contributor/admin/owner of can be pushed to Hubspot. If your asset is removed/reduced to Viewer/Uploader access, the asset will be removed from Hubspot. - Once the video library is connected to Hubspot, select Go to Hubspot to land on the Hubspot page.
- On the Hubspot landing page, select Go to my account to select the Vimeo account.
- Go to the Marketing tab to select Email or Landing Pages.
- Select Create Email or Create Landing Page.
- You can select either Regular, Automated, or Blog/RSS.
- Under Regular email/landing page, you can select the email template/landing page to customize your company logo, content, etc.
- Scroll down to Custom modules to drag Vimeo for Email / Vimeo for Web and drop it to the content box.
- Click on Select from Vimeo to open the Edit Vimeo for Email panel.
- Click on Select from Vimeo Media Bridge to browse and insert media from the Vimeo app.
- Once the media file is uploaded to the email content box, go to Review and send to add recipients and subject for the email.
- After sending the email to your marketing contacts, you can receive viewer-level analytics in Hubspot Contacts. You will be able to see when a Contact plays your video and what % (0, 25, 50, 75, 100) of the media has been consumed.
