What are the requirements for my video to work best with Vimeo’s AI features?
Videos that work best with Vimeo AI must be over 2 minutes long, contain at least 100 words of spoken English, and have no music. Examples of videos that work best include recordings of meetings, presentations, town halls, interviews, and tutorials.
Regarding Vimeo AI’s ability to work across languages, we support English to the best of our transcript’s ability to detect English. In certain scenarios where we believe the transcript may have gotten the language wrong (e.g., an English transcript was perceived as non-English), we bypass the system and allow users to continue using our AI capabilities.
How can I get help if my video generates a non-existent transcript?
If your video generates a non-existent transcript and meets the requirements outlined above, please contact Support for further assistance.
