If you notice the Optimization Pending screen lasts longer than 30 minutes, please validate that your video matches our compression guidelines. You may re-upload your video if needed or try saving it once more from the creation and editing tool.
If this doesn’t help and your video is once again stuck on the Optimization Pending screen for longer than 30-minutes, please contact Support for further assistance.
