Purchasing the membership subscription
Your products will be presented on the Plans page. Product titles, thumbnails, and descriptions that you via the Products in the OTT admin will display on this page.
Non-subscribers will access the Plans page by clicking any subscription link. They will be able to choose their preferred subscription option and will click through to a checkout page for that Product.
Current base subscribers can upgrade to the Membership subscription via the Manage Subscription tab in their account settings. Your OTT viewer help center will automatically update with a guide for this process.
You can link directly to a checkout page for any of your products by following the URL pattern below:
- Free Tier URL - /checkout/subscribe/signup
- Basic Paid Tier URL - /checkout/subscribe/purchase
- Membership Tier URL - /checkout/PRODUCTSKU/purchase
Membership subscriber Analytics
Every time a viewer purchases your Membership subscription or sets a change from the base subscription to the Membership, you can receive a webhook. You can review the full list of webhook topics here.
When the Membership is enabled, contact your Account Manager, to set up the Subscriber Product Changes report. This report can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence to any stakeholders you would like. The report will contain a line for each time a customer changes products.
