How to hide the viewer count on my live event

This feature requires an Advanced or Premium plan, or an Enterprise account with the Events feature enabled.

To hide your live viewer count from the live event player:

1. Select your event from your library.
2. In the left side navigation menu, select Player, then Customize Player.
3. A new page will open. Scroll down to the Customization section.
4. Toggle on Hide Viewer Count. 
   
5. Click Save in the upper right corner.
6. The live viewer count will not be displayed in the live player for all future live streams on that event. 

You can turn the viewer count back on for future streams on your event by returning to the Customize Player page and disabling the Hide viewer count toggle.
