The DNT parameter on a Vimeo Player Embed prevents us from setting any new cookies on your browser during that viewing session. However, it does not prevent your browser from sending cookies that were already stored from previous visits to Vimeo. Suppose you've previously watched a video without DNT enabled. In that case, your browser will automatically send those existing cookies with any new requests for Vimeo content, and this is a default browser action that we cannot control.
