This feature is available for all Vimeo accounts, but specific options may vary based on your plan.
To apply the same custom embed or viewing page settings to multiple videos, you can create a preset under the Videos tab in your Account settings or the video settings page. Video page presets customize the appearance and behavior of the video player and some page elements on Vimeo's video page while embed presets customize the Vimeo player where your videos are embedded.

What to know before creating an appearance preset
Before you create a page or embed preset, take note of the following:
- To include an end screen in your embed preset, you must add it within your account settings first. If you try to add it after applying the preset to a video, the preset will be removed from that video.
- End screens cannot be added to video page presets.
- End screens can only be added to embed presets from the account settings page.
- If you are a Viewer or Contributor team member, you will not be able to access the existing presets located in the account owner's settings. Due to this, only the account owner or admin can apply an end screen to an embed preset.
How to create an appearance preset from my account settings
You can create an appearance preset from your account settings by following the steps below:
- Select your profile icon, then go to Settings and find the Videos section on the left
- Under videos, select Page presets or Embed presets
- Select + Add new preset
- Name your preset and apply your desired settings for the video page, including the End screen
- Select the Save button at the bottom of the page. You will have the option to apply your new preset to all your videos by checking the box next to Also apply to all existing videos.
How to apply and create an appearance preset on my video settings page
You can apply your new preset to an individual video by following these steps:
- Select your desired video from your library
- Select the Appearance button on the right panel

Choose either the Embed or Video page tab
- Select the desired preset from the dropdown under Embed preset or Video page preset
- Hit the Save button
- To create a preset based on the settings you chose on this page, select +Save new preset. You will be able to name it and it will be saved to access from your account settings.
- To delete a preset from this page, select the Manage Presets button under the dropdown to open the embed or video page preset page within account settings. Select the 'X' icon next to the title of the preset.

How to edit an appearance preset
If you need to edit an existing preset, select the title from Page presets or Embed presets and then Save at the bottom of the page after making any changes.
If you want to delete a preset, click the 'X' icon next to the desired preset.
Customization options for Organizations and Workspaces
For Enterprise accounts with Workspaces: Presets can be set and managed at both the Workspace level and the Organization level.
