As an Organization Owner or Admin, you can manage users, view analytics, set security protocols, add branding, and view AI Credit and Bandwidth usage for your entire company in a centralized location.

What to know before you edit your Organization's settings
Before you begin, please note the following:
- Permissions: Only users with the Organization Owner or Organization Admin role can access and manage Organization Settings.
- Navigation: To access your Organization Settings, select your profile icon from the top navigation bar. Select Manage Organization from the dropdown menu.
Organization settings
Your Organization Settings are organized into several tabs, which can be selected from the left-side toolbar.
Members
The Members tab displays a complete roster of every user across all Workspaces in your Organization. From here, you can invite new users, manage Admin roles, remove users from the Organization, and assign members to specific Workspaces.

Groups
In the Groups tab, you can view all user groups in your Organization, including those managed through SSO and custom-created groups.
Workspaces
The Workspaces tab provides a list of all Workspaces within your Organization. It provides a high-level view of the number of admins and members in each Workspace. It allows Admins to navigate directly to a specific Workspace for content and settings management.

Security and data
This section contains all Organization-wide security and data governance settings. Here, you can configure SSO, set privacy restrictions, manage data retention policies, and view audit logs for your Organization.
Brand kits
From the Brand kits tab, you can create and manage branding elements for your entire Organization in the form of logos and color palettes. Brand kits created here are inherited by all Workspaces, ensuring brand consistency.
Usage
The Usage dashboard provides visibility into your Organization's total consumption of AI credits and storage. You can also view a breakdown of usage by each Workspace to monitor resource allocation.

Analytics
The Analytics tab provides a centralized view of your Organization's combined video analytics. This allows you to see performance across all Workspaces at a glance and filter down to a specific Workspace for more detailed insights.
