Once you've added a photo or video to your video, you can adjust its size to best fit your media with other elements like text, graphics, or additional media.
If the resized media doesn't fully cover the available space, the canvas’ background color will fill in the remaining area.
There are two ways to scale your media: manually, or utilizing the Fit/Fill feature.
Manual scaling
To resize a video or image on the canvas, select the photo or video to display its bounding box, and drag the corner anchor points in the direction you’d like to resize the element.
Scaling using Fit/Fill.
To access the Fit/Fill tool, select a media element in your video.
The Fit Types button will appear in the inspector toolbar - select to adjust how your media fits on the canvas.
- Fit: Your media will be resized to fit within the canvas without any cropping.
- Fill: Your media will be expanded to fill the entire canvas, which may result in some cropping.
