Please note that due to the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), viewers must opt-in to have their viewing data shared with the video owner. Thus, we will not collect or show any viewer-level analytics (watch time) for viewers who filled out a legacy contact form.
Follow these steps to download data from your registration forms:
- From the video page, select Interactive from the left-hand panel.
- Select Registration and then Manage registrants.
- You will see a list of registrants from the video. If you opened the registration page directly, you would see a list of your preset forms.
- Select Export CSV from the top-right corner to download your data.
- The CSV file will be saved to your desktop with the following values:
- First name
- Last name
- Registration Date (UTC)
- Views
- % Watched
- Source Type
- Source
