You can write a script or talking points to use as a teleprompter for your Live Event in the web-based production tool. Guest Speakers can also use the teleprompter.

How to set up the teleprompter
Before your event begins, set up the web-based teleprompter with the script you want to read.
To set up the teleprompter:
- In the web-based production tool, select the Open Teleprompter button.
- Type or paste your script or talking points in the teleprompter window.

How to use the teleprompter
Once you have set up and customized the appearance of your teleprompter, it will be ready for use during your Live Event. Event runners and guest speakers can both use the teleprompter.
To use the teleprompter:
- Select the Play button on the teleprompter window
. This will cause the script to begin to scroll.
- Use the Pause Button
to pause the scroll or the Reset button to restart the script from the beginning
.
💡Tip: You can control the text size or the text speed while the teleprompter is scrolling to make the script easier to read.
