How to filter my audit logs by date 

To filter your audit logs by date: 

  1. Select the calendar dropdown menu in the top-right of the audit logs headerThe calendar dropdown menu shows a date range by month/date/year. It has a downfacing arrow to the right of the date. It is to the left of the Export to CSV button
  2. The calendar window will expand. You can filter by a specific start date and end date, or use presets such as events occurring within the last 7 days, 30 days, or 365 days.
  3. After selecting the date range, select the Apply button in the lower-right corner of the calendar module window. 

How to download my audit logs

Select the Export to CSV button in the top-right of the audit logs header.
The Export to CSV button is shown to the right of the calendar dropdown menu.

Information in the CSV file includes: 

  • User_name
  • User_role
  • Location
  • Platform
  • IP Address
  • Object
  • Object_id
  • Event_name
  • Created_on
