Auto-chapter suggestions make it faster for you to add chapters to your archived live events, Zoom uploads, and Vimeo Record videos. Your archived live event or upload must be in the English language and contain a minimum of 300 words in order for auto chapter suggestions to appear on the video page.

Customize auto chapters
You will see auto chapter suggestions on your video’s page once it has finished transcribing. Select the Interactive tab to the left, and then Chapters in order to access them.
Auto chapter suggestions will be titled Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc. Click into the auto chapters to update the chapter titles based on your video content. You may also edit the timestamps here.
Once you are satisfied with your chapter customizations, select Apply to save them.
Delete or add chapters
You can delete chapters by selecting the trash can icon next to the chapter title after hovering over it.
⚠️Note: Once an auto chapter is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.
To add a chapter in addition to auto chapters, select Add chapters. Chapters you create or edit will not have the purple magic icon next to them.
