Registration presets allow you to save and reuse form customizations for live events, videos, and showcases. You can manage preset registration forms via the registration page.

How to create a registration form preset
Once you have configured a registration form, you can save it as a preset so you can use it again on other videos, events, or showcases. Follow the steps below to learn how:
- From your library, select your event, video, or showcase.
- For videos or completed events, select Interactive. For upcoming events and showcases, select Registration. Both of these options will be on the left side of the page.
- If not already enabled, Turn on registration.
- From the panel that opens, select Customize form.
- Configure the form as desired. See How to configure the registration form for more information.
- Select the Preset dropdown and then select +Save new preset.
- Enter a name for the preset and then Save.
- Your form preset will now appear on the registration page and within the Preset dropdown on other videos and events.
How to apply a registration form preset
To apply a preset that you have already created to another video, event, or showcase, see the steps below:
- From your library, select your event, video, or showcase.
- For videos or completed events, select Interactive. For upcoming events and showcases, select Registration. Both of these options will be on the left side of the page.
- If not already enabled, Turn on registration.
- From the panel that opens, select Customize form.
- Select the Preset dropdown and choose the previously saved form from the list.
- Read the message in the modal that appears and then select Apply.
- You may make additional customizations to the form, which will not impact the preset on other videos.
⚠️Note: Your live event’s registration settings will be saved even after the event is completed. Viewers will see the same registration form once the event ends, however, registrants from the live event will not be carried over to the saved recording unless you sync both to the same CRM list.
How to access registration form presets
To see all preset forms and export a file with the registrant information you've collected across videos and events, go to your account settings > Marketing > Registration or use this link: Manage registration.
Delete a preset form
On the registration page, you will see a list of all preset forms that you have saved. You can delete a form by hovering on it and select the trash icon to the right. When you delete a form it will be removed from your list of presets. Any videos using the preset will no longer be linked, but will keep the settings from the preset.
Download CSV file of registration data
In the upper righthand corner of the registration page, you can select the Export CSV button to download a file with the registrant information you've collected across videos and events.
