Why is my registration form not displaying?
Registration forms are only available on web browsers. Users viewing a video through the Vimeo mobile application will not see forms at the start of a video. Registration does, however, appear on mobile browsers like Chrome and Safari.
How many custom fields can I add to a registration form?
You can add up to 20 custom fields when setting up your registration form. Your viewers can input an answer up to 50 characters in length per field.
How many registration forms can I add to my video?
You can only set up one form screen per video. For example, if you’ve already chosen to display the form screen before your video, you’ll no longer see the options to display it during or after in your Interaction tools settings. If you would prefer the form to appear during or after your video, you can always edit your options by clicking the pencil icon.
How can I add a custom logo to a registration form?
From the registration panel, select Customize form and navigate to the Appearance tab. You will see the option to toggle on Logo. Here, you will have the option to select a logo or upload a new one. You can preview how each logo appears in the player on the right side of the screen.
How can I add my privacy policy to a registration form?
From the registration panel, select Customize form and navigate to the Forms tab. You can add the link to your privacy policy in the Privacy policy URL field at the bottom of the panel. The policy must be a URL and is usually hosted on your own site.
Are registration forms supported on Facebook or X?
In compliance with their policies, registration is not supported on Facebook or X (Twitter).
How do registration forms work for virtual events?
You can learn more at How to configure the registration form for your live event or webinar and How to create and edit your venue's registration form.
Archived virtual events (the saved video after you end your stream) will include the same registration form settings as the live event.
Where can I find engagement analytics for a registration form?
From the analytics panel on the video settings page, you can check the number of times the form screen has been seen and the number of form submissions submitted for the past 30 days. You can also download your submissions. Learn more about engagement tools here.
