How to access registrant data

Please note that due to the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), viewers must opt-in to have their viewing data shared with the video owner. Thus, we will not collect or show any viewer-level analytics (watch time) for viewers who filled out a legacy contact form.

Follow these steps to download data from your registration forms: 

1. From the video page, select Interactive from the lefthand panel. 
2. Select Registration and then Manage registrants. 
3. You will see a list of registrants from the video. If you opened the registration page directly, you will see a list of your preset forms. 
4. Select Export CSV from the top-right corner to download your data. 
   
5. The CSV file will be saved to your desktop with the following values:
   • Attendee first name
   • Attendee last name
   • Email
   • Registration Date (UTC)
   • Views
   • % Watched 
   • Source Type
   • Source
