This feature requires an Advanced or Premium plan, or an Enterprise plan with the Events feature added.
You can use Vimeo to host live events and webinars. Webinars include registration, email, and attendee-management features.
Create a webinar
- Go to your Library and select New > Host event.
- Select Live broadcast or webinar > Choose event type > Webinar.
- Configure your webinar settings, including the broadcast method, latency, registration, captions, language, event details, and privacy.
- Select Create.
Who can create and manage webinars?
Team account owners and admins can create webinars. Team contributors can manage and produce webinars in folders they can access.
All Enterprise users can use the webinar features described in this article. Some features may also be available on other plans that include registration or events.
Registration and emails
After creating a webinar, use the Registration settings to customize the registration form and webinar emails. You can configure personal join links, reminder schedules, per-event email branding, and confirmation emails for eligible API registrations.
Webinars remain available to watch on demand after the live event ends. Registration settings are saved after completion.
