Why am I being asked to Login again
If you manage a site on Vimeo OTT and see a prompt to log in when trying to contact support, this is because you may be logged into vhx.tv but you are not logged into vimeo.com.
How to create an account on Vimeo
In order to receive the fastest support possible, we strongly recommend that you create or log into an account on vimeo.com using the same email address you use to log into vhx.tv. This will allow our system to recognize you.
If you don't have an account on vimeo.com, follow these steps to create a Vimeo account:
- Go to vimeo.com.
- Click Join in the upper right corner.

Register using the same email address you use to log into vhx.tv, then click Join with email.
⚠️Note Your password for vimeo.com can be different from your vhx.tv account password.
- You are now logged into vimeo.com and will receive the fastest response time possible. Refresh the contact form page to submit a support request.
⚠️Note: If you are the owner of a Vimeo OTT site, you can connect your OTT site to your Vimeo account via your OTT account settings.
