Once you have created a showcase you can start adding videos that you would like to display together. Keep in mind that if you add a nonpublic video to your showcase, that video's visibility will depend on the privacy settings of your showcase. ⚠️Note: On team accounts, Contributors, Contributors+, Admins, and Owners can manage showcases.
How to add videos to a showcase
To add a video to a showcase, follow these steps:
- Open the showcase from your library.
- Select the Add button in the upper right corner and then Add video.
- Use the checkboxes within the modal window to choose which videos to add to your showcase.
- Select Add to showcase to save your changes.

You can add showcases from the share feature as well. Click on share. Select the publish icon and select showcases, and add your video.
You can add videos individually or in bulk to a showcase by selecting them in your library using the checkboxes, then clicking + Add to Showcase at the bottom of the page, and finally choosing the specific showcase in the modal window.
⚠️Notes:
- While your videos can’t appear in more than one folder, you can add videos to more than one showcase.
- While there is no limit to the number of videos one can add to a showcase, please note that at this point, it is not possible to custom-sort a showcase with more than 100 videos.
- You cannot transfer videos from one showcase to another.
- For team accounts, only Owners and Admins can add videos to showcases.
- For Enterprise accounts with Workspaces: Videos available for showcases are limited to those uploaded to the Workspace. Learn how to move videos between Workspaces at How to transfer videos between Workspaces
